A full check-up fee and travel fee must be paid upfront-non-negotiable and non-refundable :

Domestic 1-group machine: $88
Commercial machine: $128.50

*3-group commercial machine may require extra 15 minutes- 30 minutes depending on the issue. 

Trave Fee: $1.5/km round trip from Nathan Coffee School, no toll road based.  

After the check-up, if any parts need replacing or repairs, a detailed quote (including parts and additional labor for repairs) will be provided before any work proceeds. You can choose whether to proceed with the repairs. 

Labour fee 
Domestic 1-group machine: $88/per hour
Commercial machine: $128.50/per hour
Parts fees vary depending on the part type, brand, and the year of the machine.
Fee is non-negotiable. 

If you decide to proceed, the quoted amount must be paid in full. Should the machine still not function after repairs, we will provide a full refund of the quoted amount, excluding the check-up fee, and the machine will be returned to its original condition as received.

The repair completion date may vary depending on parts availability and delivery. If the required parts are in stock, repairs will be completed within 48 hours.

Booking is essential. Please contact us to arrange a time.

*Please bring your portafilters together to test the machine on completion of the service. 

*The coffee machine must be picked up within 7 days of completion. If there is no pick up or contact within 7 days, the company reserves the right to handle it at its discretion

Please note that only 1-group machines can be dropped off and picked up. 

2- & 3-group machines require on-site service

Warranty:

28 days warranty on parts and labor, excluding damage caused by misuse or external factors, as well as consumable parts. After the service (before the technician leaves/ before taken back home), please check with the technician that the machine is working properly.

By proceeding with the repair service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. 




How often should it be serviced?

The frequency of Preventative Maintenance Services depends on how much you use your equipment. As a general rule, we recommend servicing about once every 12 months for both domestic and commercial coffee machine. However, if your coffee usage is higher, you may need more frequent servicing. For example:


If you use 10-15kg of coffee per week, a service every 12 months is ideal.

If you use 15-30kg of coffee per week, a service every 9 months would be better.
