β οΈ Check-Up Fee
Domestic 1-group machine: $88 per machine Commercial 2-group machine: $128.50 Commercial 3-group machine: $192.75
Travel Fee: $1.50/km, round trip from our drop-off point (toll roads not included). $10 minimum delivery fee.
On-site service is available for commercial machines only. Pick-up & delivery service is available for 1-group domestic machines.

β οΈ After the check-up, we will provide a detailed quote (including parts and additional labour if there is, and any general service items that are due replacement) before any work proceeds. You may choose whether or not to proceed with the repair.
Please note that the check-up fee covers the cost of opening and inspecting the machine, and is not deducted from the repair quote.

Domestic 1-group machine: $88/hour Commercial machine: $128.50/hour
Parts fees vary depending on the part type, brand, and machine year.
If you choose to proceed, the quoted amount must be paid in full upfront. If the machine still does not function properly after the repair, we will provide a full refund of the quoted amount (excluding the check-up fee), and the machine will be returned to its original condition.
The repair completion date may vary depending on parts availability and delivery times.

β οΈWarranty: 28 days, Back-to-Base warranty on parts we have repaired or replaced β excluding damage caused by misuse, hard water, or other external factors, as well as consumable parts. Our warranty applies only to parts and components we have repaired or replaced. Parts that were only checked/inspected and found to be working normally at the time are not covered under warranty, as no repair or replacement was carried out on them.
Your machine needs to be brought to us.
Note: machines that arrive already disassembled may require additional time.

Please bring your portafilter(s) and any other accessories along with the machine, so we can test it upon completion of the service.
The coffee machine must be picked up within 7 days of completion. If there is no pick-up or contact within 7 days, the company reserves the right to handle the machine at its discretion.
The frequency of Preventative Maintenance Services depends on how much you use your equipment. As a general rule, we recommend servicing about once every 12 months for both domestic and commercial coffee machine. However, if your coffee usage is higher, you may need more frequent servicing. For example:
If you use 10-15kg of coffee per week, a service every 12 months is ideal.
If you use 15-30kg of coffee per week, a service every 9 months would be better.
