As our classes are one-on-one and fully tailored to your needs and skill level, thereβs no need to worry about choosing the βperfectβ option. Even if you select a class name that doesnβt seem quite right, weβll simply adjust the session on the day to suit you best βΊοΈ
Not sure how many sessions youβll need?
We recommend starting with a single session and seeing how it goes. Barista skills involve fine motor control, and everyone learns at a different pace. During your session, youβll be able to discuss your progress directly with Nathan, who can then advise on what might be most suitable for you moving forward.
Our classes are based on a one-on-one format, so we donβt run group sessions by set schedule, which means group bookings are available if you have someone to join with you.
If youβre interested in a group class but donβt have someone to join at the moment, feel free to let us know β weβre happy to help connect students where possible.
Anyone aged 14 and over is welcome to attend our classes.
Children under the age of 14 may attend only when accompanied by a paying adult who is able to supervise them at all times for safety reasons. The youngest participant weβve had so far was 8 years old, and she did an amazing job - even creating a swan latte art pattern! π¦’β
For your peace of mind, we hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), public liability business insurance, and maintain a first aid kit. Please also note that drinking coffee is completely optional during our classes for those who prefer not to consume it.
Rescheduling or cancellation strictly requires at least 48 hoursβ notice.
Please note that rescheduling is permitted only once per session, with a minimum of 48 hoursβ notice and subject to availability. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session being forfeited.
As our classes are conducted on a one-on-one basis, missed sessions cannot be filled at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business.
Refunds are not provided in cash and will only be issued as a credit, which may also be transferred to another person.
Nothing at all ! we provide everything you need for the class, including milk, coffee, and all required equipment. Unlimited full-cream milk and coffee beans are included throughout the session.
However, if you would like to practise using alternative milk (such as oat, almond, soy, etc.), you are very welcome to bring your own βΊοΈ
Absolutely! if you let us know in advance, we can prepare a special certificate for the occasion and hand out to the person at the end of the class. Plus, we offer surprise gift options to make your celebration even more special! πβ¨

We offer a coffee class in Sydney that lasts for one day (100 minutes) as well as a package course consisting of 4 sessions, each lasting 100 minutes.
Barista skills can be divided into two main areas: making good coffee (Barista Skills) and creating visually appealing coffee (Latte Art Skills). Think of barista skills as the method of cooking delicious dishes according to a recipe, while latte art is akin to beautiful plating. These are two distinct fields, so it's important to consider where to focus and plan accordingly. To secure a job as a barista, itβs advisable to refine your barista skills first, since many takeaway shops often do not require latte art. If you're interested in our latte art class in Sydney, it's essential to first master the basic techniques, including milk steaming. If you haven't learned these fundamentals yet, they will be covered before advancing to the patterns taught in our latte art courses in Sydney.
Coffee theory is essential in our coffee class in Sydney, where you'll learn about handling commercial coffee machines, adjusting taste, extracting espresso, and milk steaming. You'll also discover how to make various types of Australian coffee, such as flat whites, lattes, and cappuccinos. For those interested in a hobby class, we offer optional training on home coffee machine settings, including grinder adjustments and dosing.
You can choose from the Barista fundamental course or a more casual hobby class, or dive into our specialized latte art class in Sydney. In the one-day class, the content taught for job readiness and hobbyists will be similar, but the focus will differ. If you're aiming for job hunting, the class will emphasize performing well in job trials. Conversely, if you're in the hobby stream, you'll learn more about setting up your home cafΓ© and finding great cafΓ©s to visit, or you can sign up for our latte art courses in Sydney to refine your skills.

This comprehensive coffee class in Sydney covers all the essential job-ready topics in just one day.
